Class overview

My job as a PE teacher is to teach my students to be physically literate. Students that are physically literate recognize the value of physical activiity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self expression, and social interaction.

In other words...we will learn to move our bodies, understand the importance of being healthy and fit, and find physical activities that bring each student enjoyment.

My ultimate goal is to instill the value of health and wellness and encourage a life long, active lifestyle.
