Polar Plunge Fundraiser

Every year, for the past four years, the South Beloit School District has assembled a team of teachers and administrators that participate in the Polar Plunge. This fundraiser helps raise money for the Special Olympics of Illinois. This year we have over 23 staff members that would like to take the "plunge" on Saturday, March 3rd at Olson Lake in Rock Cut State Park.

This year, Clark Elementary will do their part to help fundraiser for such a great cause. We are offering the students a chance to enter their name in a raffle to get a chance to pick a teacher to partake in of the the following activities. Each raffle ticket will cost a dollar and students may enter as often as they would like. The teacher who gets the most votes will partake in all of the activities.

*Pie a teacher in the face
*Turn a teacher into a sundae
*Duct take a teacher to the wall
*Make a teacher kiss a goat
*Spray dye a teacher's hair
*Do a teacher's makeup
*Egg a teacher (half a dozen eggs)

The teacher who raises the most money through votes will also win a pizza party.

This fun activity will be held on Friday, March 2nd at 1:15 at Clark Elementary. Parents are more than welcome to join in on the fun.
